Philip was one of the seven deacons that were chosen to care for poor people in Jerusalem, later he preached and performed miracles in Samaria, and converted an Ethiopian man in Gaza. Later in life he is known to have been living in Caesarea Maritima (nowadays near Tel Aviv) with his four daughters who also prophesied.
All the references I could find for Philip and his family originate from the Book of Acts, Book of Ephesians and the Book of Timothy.
