Alois Irlmaier's World War 3 propecy

Alois Irlmaier was born in Bavaria in 1894 and was said to have made a number of very accurate predictions during World War 2 about locations of bombings and locations of missing persons.  However he was charged with 'unauthorized practice for clairvoyance for consideration' in 1947 but was acquitted after a demonstration of his techniques.  However because of his supposed links to clairvoyance I have refused to include him on the Official Prophet list.  He died in July 1959.

Here is what Alois Irlmaier said about World War 3;

Everything calls peace. Shalom! Then it will occur -- a new Middle East war suddenly flares up, big naval forces are facing hostility in the Mediterranean -- the situation is strained. But the actual firing spark is set on fire in the Balkans: I see a 'large one' falling, a bloody dagger lies beside him --then impact is on impact. Two men kill a third high-ranked. They were paid by other people. One of the murderers is a small black man, the other a little bit taller, with bright-colored hair. I think it will be at the Balkans, but I cannot say it exactly.
After the murder of the third it starts overnight. I see quite clearly three numbers, two eights and a nine. But I cannot say what it means and cannot state a time. The war begins at sunrise. He comes along very rapidly. The farmers sit in the pub playing cards, when the foreign soldiers look through the windows and doors. Quite black, an army comes from the east, but however everything occurs very rapidly. I see a three, but I do not know if it means three days or three weeks.
Massed units march from the East into Belgrade and moved forward into Italy. Thereafter three armored wedges immediately advance with lightening speed in the north of the Danube over West Germany towards the Rhine ñ without preliminary warning. This will occur so unexpectedly that the population flees full of panic to the west. Many cars clog the roads ñ if they had stayed at home or not used the main streets. Everything, which will be an obstacle for the rapidly advancing tanks on high-speed motorways and other fast motorways, will be down-rolled. I cannot see the Danube bridges above Regensburg anymore. Hardly anything remains of the big city Frankfurt. The Rhine Valley will be devastated, mainly by air.
I see three spearheads coming. The Russian does not stop anywhere, while running in his three wedges. Day and night they run in order to reach the Ruhr-district, where the many furnaces and fireplaces are. Day and night the Russians run, inexorably their target is the Ruhr-district.
Immediately the revenge comes from across the large water. However the yellow dragon invades in Alaska and Canada at the same time. But he comes not far.
And then it rains a yellow dust in a line. When the golden city is destroyed, it begins. Like a yellow line it goes up to the city in the bay. It will be a clear night, when they begin to throw it. The tanks are still driving, but those who sit in theses tanks become quite black. Where it falls down, everything will become quite dead, no tree, no bush, no cattle, no grass, this becomes withered and black. The houses still exist. I don't know what it is and so I cannot tell it. It is a long line. Who goes over this line, dies. Then everything in the spearheads breaks down. Nobody will come back anymore.

The airplanes drop a yellow powder between the Black Sea and the North Sea. Thus a death strip is created, straight from the Black Sea to the North Sea, as wide as half of Bavaria. In this zone no grass can grow let alone humans live. The Russian supply is interrupted.
From the east there are many caterpillars. But in the caterpillars everybody is already dead, although the vehicles keep rolling on, in order to gradually stop automatic. At the Rhine the attack is finally repelled. From the three spearheads no soldier will come home anymore.
The pilots throw off their small black boxes. They do explode, before they touch the soil, and spread a yellow or green smoke or dust. What comes into contact with this becomes dead, whether it is human, animal or plant. For one year no organism is allowed to enter this area, otherwise it will expose itself to the largest mortal danger. These boxes are satanic. When they explode, a yellow or green dust or smoke arises, everything that comes in contact to it, is dead. The humans becomes quite black and the meat falls off their bones, so sharply is the poison. nobody from these three armies will come home anymore.
Then I see someone flying, coming from the east, who drops something into the large water, so that something strange will happen. The water lifts itself as high as a tower and falls down, then everything is inundated. The whole action will not last long, I see three lines - three days, three weeks, three months, I don't know exactly but it wonít last long.

And then:
There is an earthquake. The southern part of England slips into the water. One part . . . disappears, when the thing falls into the sea. The countries at the sea are endangered of the water heavily, the waves go high as a house; it foams, as if it would boil. Islands disappear. A part of the proud island sinks, if the thing falls into the sea, which the pilot drops. Then the water lifts itself as high as a tower and falls down. What this thing is, I do not know. When it comes, I do not know.
During the war the big darkness comes, which last 72 hours. It will become dark at a day during the war. Then a hail impact, consisting of lightening and thunder, breaks out and an earthquake vibrates the earth. Please do not go out of the house at this time. The lights do not burn, except candle light, the current stops. Who inhales the dust, gets a cramp and dies. Do not open the windows, cover it completely with black paper. "Outside the death by dust goes around, many humans die. After 72 hours everything is over. But again: Do not go out of the house, do not look out of the windows, and keep the candle light burning. And pray. Overnight there will die more humans than in the two world wars before.

Do not open the windows during the 72 hours. The cattle falls, the grass becomes yellow and dry, the humans will become quite yellow and black. The wind drives the clouds of death off to the east.
The city with the iron tower (Paris?) becomes the victim of its own people. They ignite everything. Revolution is, and everything is going wildly.
The large city with the iron tower is on fire. But this has been done by its own people, not by those who came from the east. And in Italy it is going wildly too. They kill many people there and the Pope flees, but many clergymen will be killed, many churches collapse.
In Russia a revolution breaks out and a civil war. The corpses are so much that you cannot remove them off the roads anymore. The large ones among the party leaders commit suicide and in the blood the great guilty is washed off. I see a red mass mixed with yellow faces, it is a general riot and horrible killing.
The cross comes to honours anew. The Russian people believe in God anew. They sing the Easter song and burn candles in front of sacred pictures. By the prayers of Christianity the monster from hell dies; also the young people believe anew in the intercession of the God's mother.
If everything is over, a part of the inhabitants have died, and the people are frightened of God anew.
The laws, which bring death to the children, become invalid. Then peace will be. A good time. The Pope, who had not to flee across the water for a long time, returns. When the flowers bloom in the meadows, he will return and mourn for his murdered brothers. After these events a long, lucky time comes. But the people have to begin there, where their grandfathers began. End!

Malachy the Irish prophet? (1094-1148)

Malachy (1094 - November 2, 1148) otherwise known as Mael Maedoc was born in Armagh, Ireland yet became known later in life as a prophet. While in Rome in 1139 he received a vision showing him all the Popes from his day to the end of time. According to these prophecies, only two Popes remaining after John Paul II.
St. Malachy was reported to have possessed the powers of levitation, healing, and clairvoyance. While on his way to the Vatican to assume the post of papal legate for Ireland, he fell into trance and saw a line of papal reigns stretching from the successor to Innocent II and extending through centuries to the last of the line, identified as Peter of Rome. Malachy assigned short descriptions in Latin to each pope when he committed his vision to paper. These mottoes usually refer to a family name, birthplace, coat-of-arms, or office held before election to the papacy. Some of the phrases are multiple prophecies, written with ingenious word play.
Through the centuries, his prophecies have turned out to be amazingly accurate, even prophesying the date of his death. In all, 112 popes and their characteristics are listed from 1143 to the alleged end of the world, or perhaps religion as we know it, when truth is inlay revealed about human creation and destiny.
Saint Malachy's final words were: "Rome, the seat of the Vatican, will be destroyed and the dreadful Judge will judge the people."
Prophecy of the Popes is a list of 112 short phrases in Latin. They purport to describe each of the Roman Catholic popes (along with a few anti-popes), beginning with Pope Celestine II (elected in 1143) and concluding with a pope described in the prophecy as "Peter the Roman", whose pontificate will end in the destruction of the city of Rome

Why people struggle to understand Christianity...

It is very hard for a non-Christian to understand why there is such a diverse set of beliefs between churches. It is true that in the past, non-believers would have simply reacted to contact by a Christian, but in today's society people are ever more knowledgeable about the world and religion. Leading many non-believers to have formed impressions about certain religions based upon TV and the internet, and it does not matter whether the information is true or not. A non-christian can clearly and easily notice differences between Catholics, born-again Christians, Mormons and others. Would you not agree that to a non-believer, that they would see the diversity of belief as justification to think that no-one knows exactly what to believe? So if non-believers think that no-one really knows what to believe, then it only confirms to him that they should not bother to believe anything.

The truth is simply hidden from all non-believers behind a mask of religion and that we as believers are fully to blame for it. Believers will obviously know and understand that Christianity is all about a personal relationship between the individual and God, a path to give your life to Him, and to improve yourself and do the best you can with your life. Sure there is a lot of other stuff; like attending church, reading the Bible, praying and lots more, but essentially the most basic belief is all about that relationship between a person and God.
Yet if that very relationship was explained to to non-believers; they would clearly see that because every human is different, they could conclude that every relationship with God is unique, and therefore that would help to explain to them about the differences that they see in Christianity, such as Methodist churches, Presbyterian churches and Pentecostal churches. Christian individuals normally join a church which suits their own personal relationship with God, which will more than likely include people with similar relationships and beliefs.

As you may know I was brought up within born-again churches, and I think that I would not be unfair in saying that fellow believers, either excluded other churches from being within the one-true-path (such as Catholics) or simply didn't know which Church did or did not fall within the requirements of being part of the one-true-path. It is one of those grey areas of Christianity that is very rarely talked about, except by non-believers because such things of squabbling between churches only confuses things more. But once again we are back to talking about impressions, we all have our own impressions about religion and about groups of religious people. Our impressions are not always true!

But I would like you forget your impressions for a while, and consider this question; Does a relationship begin only when a person starts to believe in God? Indeed it is not a question that I had ever heard before, yet I believe that it is vital to consider it. Think about it for a second, God knew about you and your whole life before you were ever born (that's what the Bible says). Therefore would it not be right to assume that there was a relationship before you became a believer. Sure this relationship might have consisted of you ignoring him for long lengths of time among other things, yet the relationship was still there. How else would he have guided you into believing in him; the relationship was only one sided perhaps, yet it was still there.

I think it is a very refreshing thought to understand that every human on this planet has a relationship with God, the thought alone can show you the potential of such a wonderful thing. I have heard it said many times from Christians, that non-believers need faith not to believe. To some extent I would agree but I think in many cases that non-believers just don't care and are simply too busy living their lives to think about it.

So what am I suggesting? I am suggesting that instead of preaching to people that they need to come to church and turn to God, that we teach them about their relationship with God. To tell them that even though their back has been turned away God, that he has been watching them for their whole life; that God has seen everything that they ever done, their wrongs and their rights, the failures and achievements. We need to teach that God has wanted to be there for them to help them through all of their problems. To explain to them that God wants to start afresh with them, that he is willing to forgive all their wrongdoings if they will walk with him in their lives, and accept him into their heart.

There is no price for us to pay to earn forgiveness, because Jesus came to the world and took all our sins onto his shoulders and paid the price for us. That's right, he knew about all of your sins and about all of your future sins and paid the price for them, and all you have to do is accept the free gift and accept Jesus's sacrifice that he made for you.

Hildegard of Bingen & her prophecies

Saint Hildegard of Bingen, O.S.B. (German: Hildegard von Bingen; Latin: Hildegardis Bingensis) (1098 – 17 September 1179), also known as Saint Hildegard, and Sibyl of the Rhine, was a German writer, composer, philosopher, Christian mystic, Benedictine abbess, visionary, and polymath.  Elected a magistra by her fellow nuns in 1136, she founded the monasteries of Rupertsberg in 1150 and Eibingen in 1165. One of her works as a composer, the Ordo Virtutum, is an early example of liturgical drama and arguably the oldest surviving morality play.
Hildegard says that she first saw "The Shade of the Living Light" at the age of three, and by the age of five she began to understand that she was experiencing visions.  She used the term 'visio' to this feature of her experience, and recognized that it was a gift that she could not explain to others. Hildegard explained that she saw all things in the light of God through the five senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch.  Hildegard was hesitant to share her visions, confiding only to Jutta, who in turn told Volmar, Hildegard's tutor and, later, secretary.  Throughout her life, she continued to have many visions, and in 1141, at the age of 42, Hildegard received a vision she believed to be an instruction from God, to "write down that which you see and hear."

There are two significant prophecies, the first relates to the two witnesses (Henoch & Elias)...
God shows them the works of men as though they could see these with natural eyes. The two men are therefore, much wiser than all wise men put together. The same force which removed Henoch and Elias from the earth will bring them back in a storm wind at the time when the Antichrist will spread his false doctrine. As long as they will dwell amongst men they will always be refreshed after 40 days. They have the mission from God to resist the Antichrist and lead the erring back to the road of salvation. Both men, distinguished by age and stature, will speak to men: `This accursed one is sent by the devil in order to lead men into error. We have been preserved by God at a secreted place, where we did not experience the suffering of men. We are now sent by God in order to oppose. the heresy of this destroyer. Look, if we resemble you in stature and age.'And because the testimony of both shall agree they will be believed. All will follow these two aged men and renounce heresy. They will visit all cities and towns where previously the Antichrist had sown his heresy, and through the power of the Holy Ghost will work genuine miracles. All the people will be greatly astonished at them. Henoch and Elias will. confuse the followers of Satan with thunder strokes, and destroy. them and fortify the Christians in faith. Therefore, the. Christians will hurry to martyrdom, which the son of evil will. prepare for them like to a banquet, so that the murderers will. grow tired of counting the dead on account of their great. numbers; for their blood will run like rivers. Henoch and Elias have been taught much wisdom and knowledge. in Paradise while awaiting their return to earth. God will. instruct them every forty days while they are on earth. They. will receive exceptional graces and powers from God to use. against Antichrist. / Enoch and Elias will be instructed by God in a most secret manner in paradise. God reveals to them the actions and condition of men that they may regard them with the eyes of compassion. Because of this special preparation, these two holy men are more wise than all the wise men on the earth taken together. God will give them the task of opposing Antichrist and of bringing back those who have strayed from the way of salvation. Both of these men will say to people:This accursed one has been sent by the devil to lead men astray and into error; we have been preserved by God in a hidden place where we did not experience the sorrows of men but God has now sent us to combat the heresy of this son of perdition. They will go into all cities and villages where previously Antichrist had broadcasted his heresies and by the power of the Holy Spirit will perform wonderful miracles so that all nations will greatly marvel at them. This as to a wedding feast, Christians will hasten to death by martyrdom which the son of perdition will have prepared for them in such numbers that those murderers will be unable even to count the slain, then the blood of these martyrs will fill the rivers

The second important prophecy is about the Antichrist...
He will be raised at different secret places and will be kept in seclusion until full grown. When he has grown to full manhood he will publicly announce a hostile doctrine on religion. He will lure and attract the people to himself by granting them complete exemption from the observance of all divine and ecclesiastical. commandments, by forgiving them their sins and requiring of them only their belief in his divinity. He will spurn and reject baptism and the gospel. He will open his mouth to preach contradiction. He will say, `Jesus of Nazareth is not the son of. God, only a deceiver who gave himself out as God; and the Church instituted by him is only superstition'. The true Christ has come in his person. He will say, `I am the Saviour of the. world'. Especially will he try to convince the Jews that he is the Messiah sent by God, and the Jews will accept him as such. His doctrine of faith will be taken from the Jewish religion and seemingly will not differ much from the fundamental doctrine of Christianity for he will teach that there is one God who created the world, who is omniscient and knows the thoughts of man and is just, who rewards the obeyers of his commands and the trespassers he chastises, who raises all from the dead in due time. This God has spoken through Moses and the Prophets, therefore the precepts of the Mosaic laws are to be kept, especially circumcision and keeping the Sabbath, yet by his moral laws he will try to reverse all order on earth. Therefore he is called in Holy Writ the `Lawless One'. He will think that he can change time and laws. He will discard all laws, morals and religious principles, to draw the world to himself. He will grant entire freedom from the commandments of God and the Church and permit everyone to live as his passions dictate. By doing so he hopes to be acknowledged by the people as deliverer from the yoke, and as the cause of prosperity in the world. Religion he will endeavor to make convenient. He will say that you need not fast and embitter your life by renunciation, as the people of former times did when they had no sense of God's goodness. It will suffice to love God. He. will let the people feast to their heart's content so that they will pity the unfortunate people of former centuries. He will preach free love and tear asunder family ties. He will scorn everything holy, and he will ridicule all graces of the Church with devilish mockery. He will condemn humility and foster proud and gruesome dogmas. He will tear down that which God has taught in the Old and New Testament and maintain sin and vice are not sin and vice. Briefly he will declare the road to Hell is the way to Heaven.

Neil Armstrong death foretold in prophecy?

Prophecy 5(xi) from Book of Prophecies

I see a sea which is red, and I lie floating on the sea looking up at the night sky
as the moon reaches eleven,
three stars appear,
one ahead of the other two

Neil Armstrong died on the 25th August 2012 at the age of 82.  As a veteran of 78 missions in Korea, he was eventually chosen as the commander of the Apollo 11 mission in 1969 (see 2nd line of prophecy above), and he went into space with his crew-mates Michael Collins and Buzz Aldrin who would later all become famous as being the first people to step foot on the moon, yet Armstrong was always the most famous as he was the iconic person who said the famous words 'one small step for man...' (see 3rd and 4th lines of prophecy above).
On Friday the fourteenth of September Neil Armstrong was laid to rest at Sea under an American flag (see 1st line of prophecy).

El Libro de las Profecías by Christopher Columbus

We have talked before about how some important figures in history have become obsessed with prophecies such as Isaac Newton, but here we will take at another famous personality from history that was obsessed with prophecies, Christopher Columbus.

Between 1501 and 1502 he compiled a book with the help of his friend Gaspar Gorricio, the book was simply called El Libro do las Profecias, or translated to english> Book of prophecies.  The book lists a number of things that he saw as being on a 'to do' list to bring about the return of Christ.  In fact one of his voyages aims across the Atlantic was to gain gold for the monarchy to fund a crusade to Jerusalem!  The events he saw as needing to completed are as follows
1. Christianity must spread around the world
2. The Garden of Eden must be found (of which he believed he discovered it in Venezuela)
3. A crusade to take back Jerusalem from the Muslims
4. A last world leader should be chosen

These beliefs were common place during medieval times and it is clear that Columbus was influenced by the writings of Joachim of Fiore.  But some saw Columbus' obsession as a sign of madness, and refused to listen to his rants about attempting to fulfill prophecies.

It is possible to buy translations of his book, though currently they are out of print, you may still find second-hand copies online at Amazon for around $90.

Abraham Lincoln prophecy??

The following quote was recorded in the 1950 Lincoln Encyclopedia and is said to originate from a letter written to Colonel Elkins in 1864;

"As a result of the war, corporations have been enthroned, and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working on the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands, and the republic is destroyed.  I feel at this moment more anxiety for the safety of my country than ever before even in the midst of war.  God grant that my suspicions may prove groundless"

Insect Surveillance Technology Foretold in Prophecy?

The above picture is just one of many new designs that are of interest to countries with big army budgets such as the U.S. government.  Recently stories of surveillance insects have been seen in the Dailymail and RT news, which begs the question, how long will it take before the governments have a million of these watching the moves of everyone, like a nanny-state.  Also, how will our society react to such a thing considering the high levels of hate to things like 'drones' .  Below is prophecy 9(vii) taken from Book of Prophecies published earlier this year;

Those who wish to dominate
Will seek The Insect anew,
Attitudes of inflated ego
They will not listen,
You have pushed too far
And now see the trouble upon you,
Memories renewed of traumatic events,
Achievement only brings judgement,
Many troubles approach you

How to spot a FALSE prophet !!!

I want to be bold here and tell you a little truth. Any person who stands up to you and says “I am a prophet” is actually not a prophet. It does not take much to find such people, even a simple search on the internet will give you a long list of people who call themselves prophets. I know that some say that a prophet is tested by the fulfillment of the prophecies that are provided. But not all prophecy is given to be fulfilled, sometimes it is given as a warning to stop a disaster, therefore the aim would be to avoid the fulfillment of the prophecy. So I would like to think that we can identify prophets as a man or woman who gives prophecies, but refuses to be given a title of 'prophet'.

I have spent time researching ancient documents and studying the lives of prophets, and in all of those documents I did not find one of the most famous prophets mention that they were a prophet. I was amazed that I had never noticed it before, actually in cases where it is suggested to them that they are a prophet, they actually deny it! But this denial has led skeptics to claim that they were indeed not prophets, I say on the other hand, that it proves that they were a prophet. The secrets are within the personality of prophets, which can reveal to us about their denials.

“I was no prophet” Amos
“I am no more than a man” Mohammad
“I do not wish to attribute to myself such a loftly title” Nostradamus

The clue about why a prophet denies his ability is all there in the ancient scripts, and it can simply be put as humility. All prophets maintain a deep spiritual relationship with God, and to maintain and keep that relationship there must be humility. This is because the prophet understands that the prophecies being uttered, are merely being passed on, in a way a prophet can be seen as God's mailman. Quite often the life of a prophet has been a humble life, but if it has been the opposite of humble, God brings him into humility. This journey into humility is oft littered with disasters or grief, in a sense breaking a person down so that God can build him back up.

But if a broken person is humble, then why would God feel the need to re-build him? It is because a prophet must have confidence. Imagine a prophet going around and saying “it is the end of the world tomorrow” and facing people who challenge the prophecy to his face or question it, a broken man would crumble in such a situation, yet a man re-built into confidence will not waiver.

I will openly admit that it is a strange combination of personality traits to be brought together, but a prophet must be confident and humble simultaneously. Dispite the fact that prophets refuse to admit openly that they are prophets, within their own private relationship that exists in-between them and God, the prophet will know that he is a prophet.

I believe that this is the last challenge that prophets learn to overcome, how to remain humble whilst walking the path of a prophet. He knows that he is a prophet, or why else would he provide prophecies? He has confidence in what God tells him because of the strength that exists in their relationship, a relationship maintained by humility. Yet this humble relationship will give him strength to stand against the odds if it is needed.

How to solve Global warming...

When people first talked about Global Warming, it was discredited and thought of as a wacky idea.  Now most governments have installed some sort of plan to reduce their carbon footprints.  Why should they do this unless there is a serious problem with carbon dioxide in our atmosphere.  I remember reading an article in 1994 about how they were estimating a rise of 1.0 ppm/per year.  But since the year 2000, it has actually been rising by 2.0 ppm/per year (See for yourself).
So what can we realistically do to change this trend before it goes too far?  Already carbon dioxide is at an 800 year high !!  Well the answer lies within another idea that was seen as wacky when the political movement started.  Yes that's it; one wacky idea to solve another.  Yet the more you think of it, the more you will know that I am right.  It was the movement called, save the rain forests.  Trees and other plants naturally take carbon dioxide in, and through photosynthesis turn it into oxygen.  With technology as it is, shouldn't we try to make a big move towards a paperless society?  If we all planted a tree, a tree for the oxygen we need to breathe to live.  That would be an increase of 7 billion trees, don't you think that would make an impact upon the rise in carbon levels??  But instead of this, instead of doing what is naturally right, we see carbon taxes in some countries, and the EU planning to reduce the amount of cows in the fields.  Lets all stop cutting down plants that give us life, lets stop removing gardens to put in cement paths around our houses.  It is time to change!!!

Human remains found in Syrian village

"The sun rises, I see a village of 333,
all their eyes are pecked out by birds,
there are tire tracks in the sand,
footprints in the sand,
used bullet shells upon the sand,
the ground opens up and it all disappears."

About the human soul...

I think that a lot of people are confused about the soul, some people doubt it's existence, others know that it's there but know very little about it.  I hope that in this article I can explain if but a few things about the soul and how it theoretically works.  The soul is a spiritual existence, meaning that it does not take physical form and  I believe that the soul is joined to the body through the mind, thoughts are biological but they are also spiritual.

But the relationship between the body and soul is a complex one, they are in a way, interdependent on each other, meaning that what one does, can influence the other.  Indeed this is what Christians believe, that sin can corrupt the soul and once the body dies, the soul will go to hell.  But how exactly can sin (in physical form) corrupt the soul (in spiritual form), well the answer simply lies in the mind.  The mind is the link between soul and body and as such, can transmit certain things between the two.  Indeed we already discussed the Christian side already, but have you ever heard a person say 'they lost a piece of their soul' when referring to a person either involved in a traumatic event or being a victim of an event.  Is this just an expression, or a mere non-believer way of understanding what happens??

Mohammad (570-632 A.D.)

Mohammad is mainly recognized by most to be the founder of the religion of Islam, and is considered by Muslims to be a prophet, that he was a messenger from God just like the other prophets such as Noah, Moses, Enoch.  He was born in the city of Mecca (Saudi Arabia), but he became an orphan and was raised by his uncle, a man named Abu Talib.  At one point he worked as a merchant, and at another point as a shepherd and he got married at the age of 25 to an older woman.  During his whole life it is said that he had thirteen wives / concubines.  But he was unhappy with his life in Mecca and went away and became a hermit in a cave in the surrounding mountains.  At the age of 40 he received his first vision from God, which is communicated to him through the angel Gabrielle, and three years later he started preaching about these visions to the public.

At the time the the Arabs believed in many gods, and Mohammad was teaching that there is only one God, the Living Everlasting God.  Nevertheless, he gained some supporters, but mainly hostility from Meccan tribes which forced him to escape persecution and flee to Abyssinia (Medina/Yathrib).  In Medina, Mohammad managed to unite the tribes, and in 622 with over 10,000 followers he returned to conquer Mecca, several years later in 630 he succeeded.  In 632 after his first and final pilgrimage, he fell ill and died.
The revelations that he received during his lifetime became the verses of the Quran, and were combined into a single book after his death.  These verses are considered to be the Word of God by Muslims.  Although Mohammad is believed to be the author of the Quran, he is only mentioned in it by name  four times, which has meant that sources for information about his life have to be found elsewhere.

The earliest surviving biography of his life by Ibn Ishaq was written 150 years after Mohammad's death.  Although scholars generally believe the early biographies to be accurate, it is not ascertainable.  In early days, both Christians and Jews saw Mohammad as a false prophet, saying that prophets do not arrive with swords and chariots.  And Mohammad after all, was involved in several battles during his lifetime.
It is however recorded that when Mohammad was twelve that he was travelling in a caravan to Syria, he met a Christian monk called Bahira, and that the monk gave Mohammad a copy of the Old testament and put forward the idea that he should become a prophet to the Arabs.

It is this record that confuses me most, was Mohammad converted to a Christian as a child?  With biographies of his life only being written about him hundreds of years after his actual existence, how do we know the he wished to create a  belief that was separate to Christianity.  Apparently it is also recorded that when they took Mecca, that he instructed all his soldiers not to destroy any images of Jesus or Mary.  In fact Mary is mentioned more often in the Quran than in the Bible!
My point is that, we cannot know for sure where his beliefs came from for sure, and maybe we will never know, but the idea that Mohammad was converted to Christianity is intriguing to say the least.  Yet those texts given to him by the monk became part of the Quran, recording the existence of Adam, Noah, Moses, Abraham and more.

Moses (est.1526-1406 BC)

Moses came from the tribe of Levi but his mother feared for his life and hid him, but he was found by the daughter of the King of Egypt and was adopted by her and named Moses.  After killing an Egyptian to protect a Hebrew but the king heard and wanted to kill him for it, so Moses fled to Midian where he met a priest called Jethro and his seven daughter, he married a daughter and became a shepherd.
At one point Moses takes the herd to Mount Sinai where he sees a bush on fire but not being consumed, and God speaks to him and tells him to go and lead the people out of Egypt, and that the king will not easily let them leave, so God teaches him how to preform miracles to help make people believe in the message that he has to bring.

So Moses goes with Aaron and asks the King of Egypt to let the people of Israel go, but instead the King punishes the slaves, making their brick-building task harder.  After the failure Moses faces a backlash from his own people and fail to convince them that God will set them free.  Moses is not very confident about speaking so he gets Aaron to speak for him.
This is where Moses stick is thrown down and turns into a snake, but the Egyptian magicians can do the same thing, although Moses snake eats the other ones.  So the next next day it is stepped up and all the rivers are turned into blood, killing the wildlife, but once again the magicians could copy Moses so the King ignored it.  This was followed by the plague of frogs, then a plague of gnats, then a disease struck the livestock, then sores on people and animals, then hailstones came which destroyed crops, then a plague of locusts came to destroy the last of the crops, then there was three days of darkness, and lastly all the first-borns fell dead. Through all of it the Israelites were protected.

Finally they left Egypt, 430 years after they had first arrived there in the time of Joseph.  They headed out into the desert, avoiding the Philistines for fear out them attacking and headed towards the Red Sea.  Moses took with him the bones of Joseph.  A think cloud led their way, it burned with fire so that they could travel by day and night.  God informs Moses that the King has changed his mind and will chase the Israelites, so now God will destroy them.  So Moses opens up the Sea, and the Israelites escape and the Egyptians are destroyed.
And so they went out into the desert, relying on God and Moses to lead them to water, they travelled in the direction of Mount Sinai.  They carry on through constant issues with finding food and water, and then they fight a battle with the Amalekites, the attack led by Joshua.  So they reach Mount Sinai, where he gives them the law, the ten commandments and guidelines to live by.

God tells Moses about they land which they shall have, and that he will send an angel to help them defeat the people who live their, to drive them off their land.  God gives details of the stone tablets, and the gold box that is to be made to carry them, which is all to be kept within a holy alter, where a lamp must stay lit at all times (and maintained by Aaron and his sons).  Aaron is become the high priest.  At one point Moses is up on the mountain and Aaron makes the mistake of building a golden idol at the request of the people.  Moses instructs the Levi tribe to kill the disobediant people and they kill 3000, and God sends a disease upon the others who disobeyed.
They counted all the men over the age of twenty who could fight, they numbered over 600,000. They settled what order the tribes would enter into battle.  So they left Mount Sinai and after a number of days, the camp caught fire and Moses prayed and the fire went out.  Then the people complained of no meat so God sent a wind to blow thousands of quail inland to feed them, but he spread a disease onto the people who had been complaining for not trusting in God.

Moses sent 12 spies ahead to scout out the land and the people and the fortifications, but the people loose faith yet again.  Now God condemns them for their lack of faith in several instances and sentences them to live in the desert for forty years.  Some leaders rebel saying that they should lead instead of Moses, but, Moses asks God to open up the ground and swallow up the rebels, and it does.  IN all 14,700 died in the incident, including fire and disease.
God informs that Moses and Aaron will not be the ones to lead the people into the promised land.  Aaron dies on Mount Hor, and the priest robes are passed to his son Eleazar.  The Edomite King refuses to let the Israelites pass through Edom so they are forced to travel by a different route.  When the Amorite King refuses them entry he attacks them but is defeated.  The Israelites move on and capture more lands through battle such as Jazer, Og, Bashan, Gilead.  Eventually Moses passes on the leadership to Joshua, as God tells Moses that he will see the promised land and then die.

Columcille (521 - 597AD)

Church remains in Donegal
Columcille (otherwise known as Columba) was born in Donegal Ireland in 521 AD, he was the great-grandson of a 5th century Irish King.  Columcille was baptized in his local parish during a period of time where Christianity was sweeping across the country.

Columcille moved to Clonard Abbey to become a monk, where he studied with many others and he became known as one of the Twelve Apostles of Ireland.  He was ordained as a priest and he went on to set up monasteries at Kells, Derry and Swords.

Later in his life, an argument over the rights to a copy of the Book of Psalms resulted in a battle in 561, confronted at a gathering of clerics he exiled himself from Ireland.  From there he went with twelve companions to Scotland, eventually settling on the island of Iona off the west coast.  From this base he attempted to convert pagans and Kings.  He founded churches in Scotland and transcribed over 300 hundred books, he also wrote hymns and letters.  Towards the end of his life, he decided to return to Ireland and founded a monastery at Durrow, where he later died at the age of 75.

The main source of information about Columcille is in books by Adomnan(d.704), the ninth abbot of Iona.  These books contain details of his prophecies, his miracles that he performed and the apparitions that he saw during his life.
Some of his prophecies are quite distinct, foretelling the outcome of conflicts and so on, but others are short parables.  The miracles include healing people, subduing wild beasts, control over weather and storms, fighting evil spirits, and even raising the dead.  His actions to save a man from a river monster earned him fame, yet this is considered to be the source of the Loch Ness monster story, as he performed this miracle at the River Ness.

Jeremiah (est 626-585 B.C.)

Jeremiah son of Hilkiah was from Anathoth, and was part of the Benjamin tribe, he was a priest and first started to hear God when he became thirteen.  He is told that despite his young age that he is to tell a message of doom and destruction to Judah followed by rising and rebuilding, and he starts to see visions.  He is told to go to Jerusalem and Judah to tell the people to turn from their wicked ways, and he is also told that he will be protected as other prophets have been killed by the people there.

He sees a vision of a barren earth with no life and the mountains are shaking, all done by the God's fierce anger.  God tells Judah that he will use Babylonians to destroy Israel and Judah to punish them for their wicked ways.  God speaks to Jeremiah by experience, through rotten buried clothes, through drought, through a pottery wheel.  God tells Jeremiah that the people are now destined for starvation, war and disease so he is asked to be a prophet once more, to deliver the message and that he will be protected, he will be make strong.
God has "put a curse on those who turn from him and trust in human strength"

People try and stop Jeremiah from his words, including people who falsely accuse him or event arrest him and hold him overnight.  However some just throw insults at him, but he suffers to the point whether he questions whether he should have been born at all.  Jeremiah is on trial, and they reference Micah how he had foretold the destruction of the temple, but the King had listened and destruction was adverted, and that Jeremiah should not be killed.

Hananiah challenges Jeremiah, but then Jeremiah foretells his death and Hananiah dies within two months.  Jeremiah writes to the King after he is taken as a captive to Babylonia, and explains that they will be brought back to Jerusalem after 70 years of Babylonian rule.  One of his letters went to Shemaiah, who then wrote letters to deny him, one went to the priest Zephaniah(not the Prophet) who showed Jeremiah and so Jeremiah cursed Shemaiah.

Jeremiah declares that the Lord will make a new convenant that will be written into the hearts and minds of people, foretelling a king in the line of David.
While a prisoner in Jerusalem, Jeremiah buys a pice of land belonging to the Benjamin tribe, later, he gets Baruch to write down what he says onto a scroll and the scroll is read out to the people then brought before the king, but the king chops it up and throws it into the fire, but another scroll is written this time including a curse upon the King

First Jeremiah is imprisoned in Jonathon's house, the in the palace prison but then he is thrown down a well but later rescued, and then he was kept in the palace gaurds residence.  When Jerusalem fell after a 18month siege, Jeremiah was going to be led away but he was set free and allowed to stay behind and have a house, he went to live with Gedaliah (the new leader of Judah) in Mizpah, but Gedaliah gets killed by Ismael, who takes everyone in Mizpah captive.

But the captives are rescued and plan to flee to Egypt but they stop at Geruth Chimham near Bethlehem, fearing for backlash from the Babylonians, but Jeremiah tells them to stay in Judah.  They refuse to listen and are all led to Egypt by Johanan.  But then the Lord tells Jeremiah that the Babylonains will now attack Egypt, Gaza, Philistine, Crete, Moab, Ammon, and the Kedar tribe.

Strange Worldwide Noise spreads to Ireland, even discussed by the Irish government

A phenomenon of people around the world hearing a strange buzzing noise has increased over the last number of weeks, and has now spread to County Kerry in Ireland.  A local TD visited the site, and he also heard the sound which be described as a low pulsating noise, of which fourteen households in the area had recently made a complaint. The TD went on to raise the issue at the Irish Dail (parliament).

The strange noises have also been heard in Canada, England, Arizona and a heap of other locations prompting people to post videos onto Youtube to record the strange phenomenon.  Scientists say that it is a low pitch sound which only some people hear (as everyone has different range in what decibels they hear).  Despite scientists knowing what it is, they do not know where it is coming from.

Various theories have sprung up which include; noise from outer space, noise from underwater waves colliding, technology reaching breaking point, electro magnetic waves in the atmosphere, acoustic-gravity waves and the list goes on.  Below is a news report by CTV news about the event.

In some cases the mysterious sound has been said to sound almost like a trumpet, although the sounds in Ireland have been a lot more muffled.  This has led many to point to the Book of Revelations and its 'seven trumpets' that are heard before the end of the world.  If that is the case we could be on the brink of a disaster where 'blood and fire' will destroy a third of the Earth's population!

But the truth is, we simply do not know what has caused it, only that it is real and it is happening right now!  But hose who have witnessed the event have been confused by it, or even scared by the strange phenomenon.

Isaiah (est. 740-681 BC)

Victims beheaded during Egypt's civil war
Isaiah, son of Amoz and he was given a message about Judah and Jerusalem, that they should turn from their wicked ways or face destruction.  Isaiah is told about Immanuel who will be born in the line of David and will be born of a virgin, and is also told about the coming of the Holy Spirit.  Isaiah says that he trusts the Lord, despite knowing that God is no longer pleased with Israel.

The philistines and arameans attacked Israel but even still people did not turn from their wickedness, the the tribes of Ephraim and Manasseh turned against each other but then joined forces to attack Judah.  So God says that the Assyrians will attack Jerusalem and Mount Zion, but Isaiah is told to tell the people that once they trust in God then he will punish Assyria for their crimes, even destroying the forests of Lebanon.

The destruction of various places are foretold such as Babylon, Moab, Zoar, Damascus, Ethiopia, Tyre, Canaan, Sidon, and even the destruction of the world.  A civil war in Egypt is foretold, later an angel kills 185000 Assyrian soldiers who were on their way to destroy Jerusalem and it is declared that "None who are evil will live in peace."

Mani (216 - 276 A.D.)

Mani was a prophet and the founder of a gnostic religion than became known as Manichaeism, a religion that was once widespread but it now extinct.  He was born in around Seleucia-Ctesiphon in Assyria (modern-day Iraq).

He received visions at the ages of 12 and 24 telling him to leave his father's Jewish Christian sect and to teach the true message of Christ.  From there he traveled to India and Afghanistan and may have been influenced by Buddhism.  When he returned in 242 A.D. he became favoured by King Shapur, yet when Bahram succeeded to the throne everything changed, Bahram was a supporter of Zoroastrian movement and persecuted the Manichaeans, Mani was caught and put in prison and later crucified.

It is said that he wrote seven works, although none of these have survived in their complete form, they include the Mani-Codex and the Book of Giants.  His teachings that have survived tell us that he believed that good and evil existed in a constant struggle.  He believed that salvation was possible through education, self-denial, fasting and chastity.  He claimed to be the last of the prophets, and followed the teachings of other prophets; Seth, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Nikotheos, Zoroaster, Buddha and Jesus.

Apocalypse Soon??

Scientists have detected a comet 140 meters in diameter that is due for a fly-by in 2040. There is an outside chance that it could collide with Earth.
The giant rock, known as AG5, has an elliptical orbit that will bring it within striking distance of our planet in 23 years. According to researchers the comet could be diverted towards Earth by a gravitational keyhole – an area of space subject to the gravitational pull of surrounding planets.

Although the chances are slim, the possibility of impact is a little too close for comfort.
“In 2012, AG5 is the object which currently has the highest chance of impacting the Earth in 2040. However, we have only observed it for about half an orbit, thus the confidence in these calculations is still not very high," said Detlef Koschny of the European Space Agency’s Solar System Missions Division.
NASA has calculated that AG5 has a one in 625 chance of striking Earth in 2040.

Scientists at the 49th session of the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee of the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space in Vienna are taking the threat in all earnest and have even begun to draw up possible deflection scenarios.

They are using comet AG5 as a “desktop exercise” for the development of technologies to deflect asteroids and meteorites that stray too close to our planet. It is thought scientists will be able to better gauge the course of the comet in 2013 as it will be observable from the ground, but until then they will be keeping a close eye on the celestial giant.

Ezekiel (est 595 - 571 B.C.)

Ezekiel, the son of Buzi,in the place of the Chaldeans.  Ezekiel was a priest who saw a 'whirlwind of fire' and from it came all manner of things, things with wheels and things with wheels, he is told by God to go to the children of Israel, and he is given a book containing sadness and grief and woe, and yet he has to eat the roll in order for him to deliver its words, told to tell them whether they listen or not.

He travels first to Telabib to the captives there where he declares that wickedness creates iniquity, once done the iniquity cannot be changed but the soul can be saved (Eze 3:18 & 19)
He walked and talked with God and Ezekiel himself is used to represent the Jewish nation, told about a siege on Jerusalem and how the people were divided into three, one part destroyed, one part killed by a plague and the last part scattered.
"Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none" (Eze 7:25)

Then he met with the elders of Judah, and he had another vision, in a vision he foresees the destruction of the wicked people in Jerusalem, that captives will be taken to Babylonia, and he sees the throne of God and his four angels, as Ezekiel begs for lives of the people, God promises him that the people to scattered will return and live in Israel once again.  He is told to condemn the false prophets who speak falsehoods, they know that they make it up yet they believe in what they say.

In Ezekiel 18, it talks about people charging high interest rates are evil, we are instructed to "start thinking pure thoughts" and to "stop sinning and live".  Ezekiel is told to pass on messages in cryptic parables, he even admits that "I confuse them with my messages"
Not only will Babylonains come to attack but also armies from Assyria, Chaldean tribes of Pekod, Shoa and Koa, Ezekiel's wife dies and God tells him not to mourn as a sign for what punishment that is coming for the rest of Jerusalem.

Ezekiel is also told to give other messages; to condemn the people of Ammon, Moab, Edom the Philistines, Egyptians and Ethiopians, and the cities of Tyre Sidon Thebes, and to condemn the King of Tyre and the King of Egypt.  Daniel is mentioned as a source of knowledge (Eze 28:3) as well as the Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar.  Ezekiel is told that if he refuses to pass on God's message then he becomes responsible for their fate (Eze 33:8) God promises Ezekiel that he will rebuild the nation of Israel.

On another occasion God takes Ezekiel to the valley of bones where he raises bones up out of the ground to have muscles and skin to make an army and he tells Ezekiel to breath life into them.
Then Ezekiel is told to condemn Gog the ruler of Meshech and Tubal in the land of Magog, as they with their allies from southern Spain will attack Israel, yet the army will be put to death (this a prelude to the revelations prophecy?), the army will be buried east of the Dead Sea.
Next Ezekiel is given the measurements to re-build the temple, and how to divide up the land between all the tribes and that the trive of Levi shall be the priests.

US economy set to collapse

According to a number of prophecies given in the new Book of Prophecies, the US economy is set for a big crash.  Indeed the warning signs are already there, as the US requires 1 trillion dollars to fix it's water & drainage issues, a country's infrastructure can easily give signs of how a country is really coping.  Indeed infrastructure problems existed in Ireland and Greece before their bailouts. Below are two extracts from Book of Prophecies:

The business of the States which are United,
Will be deemed most successful,
It will be stable for many years,
But be warned as poverty follows,
In the eagerness to overcome the problems,
An event will occur which will consume it’s sons,
Only hard work to undo your errors,
Will bring any luck
( prophecy1(i) )

The wealth and reputation of the States which are United,
Will push to fulfil more ambitions,
But this will make everything worse, causing affliction,
Suffering and grief,
A once favourable public image will be dragged down,
And the people you wished to please,
With profit and success in business will see the truth,
Because a traumatic event,
Will show how much you owe
( prophecy1(ii) )

Joseph (est.1886-1806 B.C.)

Joseph was born in Syria and had eleven brothers Rueben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun, Gad, Asher, Benjamin, Dan and Naphtali.  Joseph was son of Jacob, son of Isaac, son of Abraham.

By 17 he was his father's favourite and they were living in Canaan, he would have many dreams foretelling the future, yet his brother scorned him so they faked his death and sold him to slavery to a caravan coming from Gilead, where he ended up being sold in Egypt

He rose from slave to house assistant but his owner's wife tried to seduce him and then told lies and Joseph ended up in prison, where he interprets dreams for people, two years later he is called to interpret the king of Egypts dream; He say that a seven year famine is on the way, and Joseph is put in charge of all the officials.  His brothers come to buy food, and they do not recognize Joseph as speaks in Egyptian and he tricks them all to come to Egypt so that he can reveal his identity.

Gen44:5 states that he uses a silver cup to "learn about the future"

So his father and brothers and their families come to live in Egypt to avoid death during the famine, stopping at Beersheba to offer sacrifices.  Joseph went on to trade food for all things and by the end of the famine he owned all of the land and animals and most people were his slaves.  He went on to have two sons Ephraim and Manasseh.  Joseph died at the age of 110 and he was embalmed, later his bones were taken by Moses when the exile occurred so that he could be buried in the land of Canaan.
